I have spent the morning working on one blast of a blog post and then realized it truly was too broad and long to be just one.  Not fair to self and anyone reading, it would compare to a half hour sitcom solving all of the Cosby's teen rebellion while allowing for commercial breaks and denying the depth and duration of the true issues.

I tackled today with an " I can do this."  Pounded the treadmill while enjoying my novel I wanted to read. ( One chapter is approx 10 Min )  I tackled cleaning my bedroom ( eeeeeee )  And I merrily went about my morning.
